Cardinal has always been brave in setting ambitious targets for the growth and development of the business. We have always challenged ourselves to develop thought leading strategies to grow our business, so that we can continue to create new and exciting opportunities for our colleagues. Always with our client in mind, and always without ego, this energy has brought about staggering growth with a sense of much more to come, for all of us.
In this collection of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), each of our Board colleagues has set their own personal OKR and have agreed to share their vision, transparently, with all of you. Each of these commitments represent a goal, vision and priority which are measurable, flexible and hugely aspirational. These objectives are designed to be stretching and ambitious and we feel that they demonstrate a level of aspiration that fits well with our desire to be the best that we can be.
